Four Phases to Your Complete Collision on Wheels Training:

Pre-Training and Jump Start
Prior to training we provide you with a “Jump Start Manual” to get the initial collision repair business tasks underway. This is preparation for initial training week. You will read training materials, work with an experienced Business Development Manager to navigate through the entire process of starting a new business, and handle many other details necessary to start your business. Everything done during this time is to 1) Help you get the most out of training, and 2) Help you get your business off the ground with a Jump Start.

Initial Training
Initial Training Week takes place in Warren, MI at our Collision on Wheels corporate headquarters. It is a week full of activities that will cover all aspects of the Collision on Wheels business model. We emphasize areas that you will focus on during your first year of business - technical training, professional sales training and role-playing, financial management training, employee recruitment strategies, accounting, marketing and much more! During this week, you will participate in interactive discussions, simulate role-playing, and experience hands-on activities. You will also have the opportunity to meet and spend time with the Warren Office staff.

Collision on Wheels Field Training
Following your initial training week will be a solid week of Collision on Wheels field training - one-on-one training with our Regional Training Director in your territory. You will provide collision repair demonstrations to customers, open Collision on Wheels accounts and work on vehicles.

Business Launch of Your Collision on Wheels Local Franchise
The final phase of training is the Business Launch of your CW franchise. A Regional Training Director will make a structured visit where you will review the sales and technical aspects of your new auto body repair franchise. The goals of this phase are sales training and to make sales! The director will answer questions, help you develop an action plan to direct your business, and show you how to utilize the Collision on Wheels franchise system to for maximum benefit.
